Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery to Colombo 1-15 and it's immediate suburbs within 2 business days.
  • Outstation deliveries requires minimum of 3 working days depending on area/location.
  • Delivery unavailable on Sundays and Poya Holidays, except on special calendar occasions.

Missing/Delayed Delivery

If our delivery partner misses a delivery, we will refund the shipping on your gift. Please know that if the recipient is not available and was unable to deliver the package, this does not qualify as missing the delivery. Also, circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, political disruptions and so forth can delay or cancel a delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If we ship a gift to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, our delivery partner will return it back to us. In such instances, return charges and re-shipping charges are applicable and free delivery offers will be void. Re-shipping can be arranged once the correct address is confirmed by you via an email.

Delivery To Multiple Addresses

If you wish to send gifts to different addresses, you shall be required to purchase them under separate transactions and provide separate delivery addresses for each transaction, as may be required.

Substitution Policy

For a variety of reasons, we will occasionally run out of a specific item. While this does not occur often, we reserve the right to substitute the unavailable item with a similar one of equal or greater value.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all sales are considered final. If you are in anyway unsatisfied with our products, please get in touch with and we will do our best to satisfy you.

If there has been any damage to your item(s) in transit and you or your recipient need a replacement for the same, please notify us within 3 days by email to info@basketeer.lk

We would be happy to send you a replacement once we have received the original item back. The item you return must be unused, unopened, in the original condition you received it in and in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

For your security, we recommend that you return your item with a trusted courier and retain a receipt. Basketeer is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. All requests will be processed after we inspect and verify the condition of the returned item. All delivery costs are non-refundable.

Basketeer reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds.
