How long will it take for my gifts to be delivered?
Basketeer delivers your gift within 2-3 business days to locations within Colombo. Outstation deliveries require a minimum of 4 business days.

Can I have my gift shipped on a specific day?
If you'd like to make someone's day especially special, email info@basketeer.lk with your order number and the date you'd like it to arrive on, and we'll see what we can do!

Do you charge for delivery?
We charge a minimal fee for delivery and the rate depends on the location. For more info visit Shipping & Returns.

Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally.

Can we pick up our gift?

Certainly, you are welcome to pick up your gift box from the studio. Please mention you wish to pick up in the comments section at checkout and we will have your gift ready to collect. We require minimum of 24 hours to process an order.

How can I make payments?

We accept Master/Visa/Amex cards and COD for online orders. Customized orders require pre-payment in full to confirm order. 

Is my Credit Card information protected?

We have provided you a fully secured payment gateway with SSL collaborated with ShopBox Pay. For more info visit Payment Policy


Can I buy an empty box?

Yes you can! Minimum quantities apply.

Can I get a box customized?

Absolutely! Whether it’s thank you gifts for your wedding or corporate gifts for a special season, we love finding the the right mix of products for your special occasion. For inquiries, please email to info@basketeer.lk

Can we include our logo or branding on your gifts?

Yes, certainly. Order minimums apply.

Can I include a gift card?
Ofcourse! Every gift box comes with an optional complementary Basketeer greeting card with your personal message. Simply type in your personal message under comments at checkout.

Can we have a look at your products before we make a purchase?
Our studio is located in Dehiwala, and is open to customers via appointments only. If you like to arrange to see an item in person, please free to Contact Us.

Can you make sure not to include any payment receipts with my gift?

Yes, certainly. We generally don’t include hard-copies of receipts except on special requests.

The gift box I wanted to order is no longer available. How can I purchase it?

We add/change/remove gift boxes from listings regularly. If you are searching for a specific gift box, email info@basketeer.lk so we can check possibilities of creating one for you!
